1. Service Agreement

By engaging Game Link's fitness services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services are provided subject to availability and scheduling constraints.

2. Service Description

Game Link provides professional fitness and wellness services including but not limited to:

• Gym access and equipment usage
• Group training classes
• Personal training sessions
• Specialized fitness programs
• Kids fitness programs
• Massage and recovery services
• Nutrition consultations
• Corporate wellness programs

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are subject to change with prior notice. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged.

• Gym Access: 600 TRY per visit, 2,500 TRY monthly, 24,000 TRY annual
• Group Training: 400 TRY per session, 2,000 TRY monthly pass
• Personal Training: 2,300 TRY per session, 21,000 TRY for 10 sessions
• Specialized Programs: 2,600 TRY per session, 18,800 TRY for 8 sessions
• Kids Fitness: 300 TRY per session, 1,200 TRY monthly pass
• Massage & Recovery: 2,700 TRY per 60-minute session
• Nutrition Consultations: 1,800 TRY per 60-minute consultation

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

We require at least 24 hours notice for session cancellations. Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% service fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. Member Responsibilities

Members are responsible for:

• Following all safety guidelines and equipment instructions
• Maintaining proper hygiene and appropriate workout attire
• Informing us of any medical conditions or injuries
• Respecting other members and staff
• Keeping personal belongings secure

6. Our Responsibilities

Game Link commits to:

• Providing professional, safe fitness services
• Maintaining clean and well-equipped facilities
• Ensuring qualified and experienced trainers
• Respecting member privacy and confidentiality
• Providing emergency assistance when needed

7. Health and Safety

All members must complete a health questionnaire before participating in services. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before starting any fitness program. Game Link is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of equipment or failure to follow safety guidelines.

8. Membership and Access

Membership cards are non-transferable and must be presented for facility access. Lost cards may be replaced for a fee. Membership benefits are subject to facility hours and availability.

9. Privacy and Security

We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality. Personal information is protected according to our Privacy Policy. Locker rooms and changing areas are monitored for security purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or posted notices in the facility.
